This is the first picture of a nanny who allegedly beheaded a four-year-old girl before waving her severed head in the street.
Gyulchehra Bobokulova has been arrested after reportedly killing the girl she was babysitting in Moscow.
An eyewitness said tonight that the 39-year-old screamed “The end of the world will come second. I am your death. I hate democracy.”
The nanny also reportedly shouted “I’m your suicide bomber” and that she was a terrorist before she was arrested, blitz.bg reported.
The 39-year-old woman was arrested after half a dozen police officers swooped near Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station in Moscow, Russia.
Local media have identified the nanny as Gulchekhra Bobokulova from Uzbekistan in central Asia and her victim only as Nastya M.
